About Our Returns Policy

You can return most items purchased from Synapse within 30 days of the receipt of delivery if you change your mind about your purchase. This change of mind return policy is in addition to and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer law, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty or damaged items.

Conditions applying to our returns policy

You can return any goods purchased online from Synapse within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full refund as long as:

• All items being returned, including the original packaging are returned
• The item is still new and has not been used
• The item has not been damaged after delivery, has not been dropped, broken or any attempt made to alter the item

Unfortunately, Synapse do not accept returns, unless the product is faulty, outside of the 30-day return period.

You must pay all postage and insurance costs to return the items. It is recommended that you return the items via registered post. It is also recommended that you insure the items being returned as the risk of loss, theft or damage to the goods during transit is your responsibility until they are received at Synapse.

Returning Faulty Items or Items Damaged On Delivery

Synapse’s returns policy does not limit your rights and remedies which are available under law such as the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item is faulty or is damaged on delivery, they can be returned outside of the 30-day refund return period.

About Our Cancellation Policy

If you have purchased a service online, Synapse will may provide a full or partial refund depending upon how much notice you provide for the cancellation. A full refund will be given when at least 7 days notification is received. 50% of the fees paid will be refunded if you provide up to 48 hours’ notice. No refund will be provided if less than 48 hour’s notice is given or for no shows on the day.
