Brain injury is referred to as the invisible disability. We know brain injury is far too often misunderstood. This can mean that people impacted by BI can find it harder to keep connected to the things we all find important, such as family and relationships, employment or managing the day-to-day pressures of life.
This full introductory course includes 2 modules, Understanding the Brain (Module 1) and Impacts of Brain Injury (Module 2) to give students a well-rounded understanding of brain injury and its causes, effects, and support strategies.
