The NDIS Yarn Up card pack is a set of conversation cards that anybody can use but were created specifically for culturally appropriate yarns by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who live with a disability or care for someone with a disability.
The Yarn Up cards can help you think about the different activities or equipment that might be important to you. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can pay for some of these activities.
The purpose of the Yarn Up Cards is to start a conversation about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and provide examples of some of the types of supports and services that people may be able to access if their disability makes it hard for them to do some things on their own or without help.
